Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous United States.

We offer Free domestic delivery service with FedEx.
When your order ships with fedex, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
You will be able to use that number to track your package both on our website and on www.fedex.com
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday
If the Monday is a National Holiday, the order will be processed on the following business day.
Expedited shipping (please call 773-220-7833) is subject to transit time only and does not include processing time..
The Lewibelle Company strives to ship orders within 2-3 business days.
If an item is out of stock a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 72 hours to let you know the
item is currently unavailable.
Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines

Shipment times may vary during the holiday season so please place orders early.
Order Change/Cancellation Requests
To change or cancel your order:
Upon being notified, we will make every attempt to honor your requested changes/cancellation prior
If the order has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (i.e. is being picked, packed or
in the process of pick-up by the carrier) the change/cancellation request will be unsuccessful.
If a cancellation request could not be honored, the shipment can still be returned; however,
the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
the customer may be subject to a possible 10% restocking fee if the item(s) had shipped or was in
the process of being shipped at the time of the change/cancellation request.

Any and all returns MUST be in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Items deemed used or damaged will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be
Customized and/or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain and retain a
tracking number from the courier for your return shipment.
Be sure to include either a copy of your original packing slip or note your order number on the return

The Lewibelle Company is committed to your total satisfaction and goes to great lengths to ensure all orders are
filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, you can receive a full refund of the product price and any associated sales tax, within twenty-one
(21) days of receipt of the item(s).

In the event your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of delivery

to arrange for a replacement shipment and pick-up of the damaged shipment.
Please do not simply ship the item back without prior authorization or contacting us to notify us of
the damaged shipment as we will NOT accept, replace or refund your account for damaged items.
Please provide your Name, Order Number and Shipment Tracking Information when calling or
emailing to ensure your issue is handled in an accurate and timely manner.
At the heart of the Z-Access™ Display Frame are the clear conformable film frame inserts
which gently conform around objects placed between them. Dual film inserts are securely
attached to the hinged frame enabling your favored item(s) to be suspended in full view.
Avoid displaying items that might be damaged when compressed.
The 6” x 4” frame size will normally display items with volumes up to thirty-seven cubic inches. This
volume relates to an item size of up to 5” x 3” x 2.5”.
The 6” x 4” frame size will normally display items weighing up to three pounds.
Always display your item in an upright frame position (never with the films facing down).
Never use alcohol or solvents to clean the frame’s film inserts. Clean film inserts with a soft cloth or
sponge and a mild blend of dish soap and water.
